Global music sensation Bad Bunny is set to expand his successful partnership with Adidas by introducing a new sneaker silhouette, the "Ballerina," slated for release in Spring 2025. This collaboration marks a departure from his previous chunky designs, embracing a more streamlined and minimalist aesthetic.
The Bad Bunny x Adidas Ballerina draws inspiration from the 2019 Adidas Taekwondo model, featuring a slip-on, low-top silhouette. The sneaker will debut in two versatile colorways: Off White/Core Black and Core Black/Chalk White. Notable design elements include satin paneling on the base layer, suede overlays on the toe and heel for added texture, and a bungee-cord lacing system replacing traditional laces. The iconic Three Stripes branding wraps from the midfoot underneath the sole to the medial side, with "Benito" text—a nod to Bad Bunny's real name—adorned on the lateral profile. Additionally, the size tag is prominently displayed on the heel tab, a feature reminiscent of his previous Gazelle Indoor collaboration.
The Bad Bunny x Adidas Ballerina is expected to retail for $120 and will be available in unisex sizing through Adidas and select retailers. While an exact release date has not been confirmed, reports suggest a potential launch on April 1, 2025.
