Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with the email used at checkout and we’ll confirm your order details.

How do I track my order?
Track your order anytime using our tracking page: consumerlite.co/tools/tracking.
You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We don’t offer price adjustments on previous purchases. Our pricing reflects current promotions, seasonal drops, and limited releases.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For full shipping timelines and service levels, see Fees & Timing.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected method. You can review details on Fees & Timing.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on destination. If available, options and rates will appear at checkout. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

My package shows delivered but I don’t have it—what now?
Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors/management first. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after your return is received and inspected. Most refunds post back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Are there any final sale items?
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on each product page when available. If you’re between sizes, consider your preferred fit (tailored vs. relaxed) and the fabric (structured vs. stretch).
Do your shoes run true to size?
Fit can vary by style and material. If a shoe runs small/large, we’ll note it on the product page. When in doubt, contact us with the style name and your typical size for guidance.
Where can I find measurements?
Measurements (when provided) appear in the product description or size chart section. If you need additional measurements, contact us via Customer Service.
Materials & Care
How do I care for my items?
Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label. For most apparel, gentle cold wash and air dry helps maintain color and shape. For footwear, wipe clean and store away from heat and moisture.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by product and are listed in each product description. We prioritize quality, longevity, and comfort—choosing materials that support everyday wear with a premium finish.
How should I store shoes and accessories?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use shoe trees or stuff shoes with tissue to help maintain shape. Keep leather and coated materials away from prolonged humidity.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and available accelerated checkout options shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay and other providers, depending on your region).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Consumerlite encrypted checkout and payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Why was my payment declined?
Declines can happen due to billing address mismatch, bank security checks, or insufficient funds. Try again, use another payment method, or contact your bank for authorization.
Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available when offered on the site. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be used at checkout.
How do I use a gift card?
Enter your gift card code at checkout in the gift card/discount field. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card for future purchases.
Are gift cards refundable or do they expire?
Gift cards are typically non-refundable. Expiration and usage terms (if any) follow your store settings and local requirements. If you have a question about a balance, contact us with the code (do not share it publicly).
