Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your products will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes.

If you have a US rural address, or you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. 

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Our GEC is here to help. Reach out to us with your order and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order.

WHY ARE THERE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR MY SELFCARE ORDER?

If you’re located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or have a US rural address, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. If you’re located anywhere else in North America, all hazardous materials including aerosols are required to be sent by standard ground shipping. 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

If you live in Puerto Rico, you will receive your order 2-7 business days after it leaves our distribution center.
