At Consumerlite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below is our refund policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for receiving a refund.


Refund Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

- Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from Consumerlite.

- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

- We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before approving a refund or replacement.


  1. Timeframe for Refund:

- Refunds will only be considered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- After this period, no refunds will be issued.


Refund Process

To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service department within the designated time frame.

  1. Return the Item: Once your refund request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  1. Refund Issuance: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. Refunds will only be approved if the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Consumerlite reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with our policy. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Chargebacks and Disputes


- In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the customer, Consumerlite reserves the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction and our refund policy.


Non-Refundable Items


Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:


- Gift cards

- Clearance items

- Personalized or customized items

- Perishable goods


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
